REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee is per swimmer, and is non-refundable (waitlist included). 

SPEARHEAD Senior High / College and Junior High Groups (junior high group pending interest)

  • Registration fee: $120
  • Registration fee includes:
    • Spearhead Aquatics gear: t-shirts, swim caps, etc

 

NEW SWIMMERS

To help facilitate your swimmer becoming a member of Spearhead Aquatics and having the best competitive year-round swimming experience in the area, follow the steps below to register:

  • Send an email to Coach Erin (coacherin@spearheadaquatics) to discuss group placement
  • Click the green "REGISTER NOW" button when ready to register
  • Complete all Account and Member information
  • Select the roster group recommended by the coach evaluating your swimmer > Add To Cart
  • If the group you try to select is FULL, the selection will be greyed out and there's no "Add to Cart" button.
    • Scroll to the bottom and look for a WAITLIST group. If you don't see one
    • Contact Coach Erin to request help with getting on the correct waitlist
  • Pay the registration fee online OR by cash/check
  • If your registration is successful you will receive a confirmation email
  • Your account will remain "pending" until we activate everyone for the new season.

REGISTRATION FAQ

Q:  How do I determine what group to register for?

A:  If you are a NEW swimmer, please contact Coach Erin ([email protected]) to discuss group placement and to determine if an evaluation is needed. 

If you are a Perry High School swimmer, please register for the group recommended by Coach Erin.

Please feel free to email us at any time to inquire about group placement. Group placement is based on an individual swimmer's experience, age, goals, commitment level, and needs. 

 

Q:  When should I register for the team?

A:  There are a limited number of spots available in each practice group.  We encourage each family to register as soon as possible. If your group is full when you go to register, please contact us if you don't see a waitlist. 

 

Q: If I'm on a waitlist, and I pay for registration, am I guaranteed a spot on the team?

A: No, not immediately.

 

Q. When will registration open for the Fall 2025 season?

A: Registration opens on Tuesday, August 1st.

 

Q:  What is the registration fee?

A: For all athletes registering with Spearhead Aquatics, there is a per-swimmer, non-refundable, registration fee. 

 

Q: If we change our mind about joining, is the registration fee refundable?

A: No.

 

Q:  Are there discounts for families with multiple athletes?

A:  Yes. Families with multiple active athletes will receive a discount on the additional athlete’s fees. There is a 10% discount on the monthly group fees for the second swimmer, 15% for the third and 20% for all additional swimmers. Discounts apply to the swimmer’s paying the lesser amount each month.

 

Q:  Are there discounts for Perry High School Swimmers?

A:  Yes. All Perry High School swimmers are responsible for the registration fee, USA Swimming registration fee and meet fees. However, if a Perry High School athlete committs to the same practice schedule they maintain during high school swim season (October - February), they do not pay monthly dues starting after their first season as a PHS Panther.
